Weekend Affair - Peak Months - April, May, June, September, October 

Weekend Affair - Off Peak Months - July, August, November and December
 

• Outdoor Ceremony/Reception for up to 160 guests (add $400 if over 160 guests)
• Two overnight stays for up to 18 guests.
• Arrival time - 4 pm Friday - departure 10:30 AM Sunday.
• One-hour rehearsal time on Friday evening (5 PM)
• Rehearsal and dinner poolside for up to 40 guests (6 pm – 9 PM) guests not staying overnight leave at 9 PM
• All outside music is off at 11 PM & all guests have left venue.
• 40x80 white wedding tent and BRAND NEW 20x20 dance floor
• 22 White 60-inch round tables and white-padded wedding chairs for 160 guests.
• Four 6 ft. rectangle tables.
• One 48-inch round sweetheart bridal table OR 4x5 handmade wood rectangle table 
• Ceremony at Wedding Pergola or under tent.
• ​Reception - under tent; cocktail hour can be poolside. Reception over at 10:00 PM.
• Choice of two Bridal Suites with luxurious bath & balcony.
• Bridal Party & Groomsmen dressing bedrooms with full baths.
• Complimentary parking with parking attendant (for fee) & 2nd parking lot area.
• Set-up and tear down of WPP's tables, chairs and wedding props by WPP staff. 
• Use of all Common Rooms including two living rooms, dining room, kitchen, six bedrooms and full baths inside the Main House.
• Outdoor bathroom available for wedding guests. 
• Prep pavilion kitchen sink, refrigerator, counter and table space for caterer & bar area with cooler for bartenders.
• No restrictions on outside vendors. You may use any licensed caterer and other vendors of your choice at no extra charge. 
• Two Bartenders required over 100 guests.   Bartenders are $150 per bartender from 4 pm - 10 pm.
• Choose your own photographer, florist, planner/coordinator, caterer, videographer, band or DJ or access our preferred vendor list.
• Use Our Own House DJ starting at $900 depending on number of hours.
• Tables, chairs, linens and wedding props can be rented from rental company.   

Day Wedding Affair (No Overnight Stay)

If you are looking for a venue to just have a day wedding with no overnight stay* but you and your wedding party can get ready at the venue, get married and have your reception all in one place, then this is the package for you.
